Get Support

One of the core values of Reselling Secrets is constant support from our team. Our staff of professional resellers is always available for questions, concerns, feedback, or anything else you might need. you are always able to ask any questions you might have in general chat, but if you need a quick response and direct attention from staff, here's how to get it.

  1. Navigate to the #support channel in the RS Discord server. This channel can be found at the top of the channel directory, right below the rules channel.

  2. In this channel you will find a message as well as two buttons for the different type of support tickets you might need. Select the "ACO" button if your inquiry relates to ACO, and elect the "support" button for anything else.

Once you select the relevant button, a new ticket will be automatically opened. You can navigate to this ticket by selecting the channel button in the follow up message you will see.

Enter your newly opened ticket, send a message to let us know how we can help and our staff will assist you shortly ;)
